5.1 LAURO SAS sells and delivers products available on the site to the territories indicated in the Shipping Costs Table. The purchased Product, together with the related tax documents, will be delivered by mail to the address specified by the Customer when submitting the online purchase order. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code.

6.1 Payment of the price of the products will be made by the Customer according to the instructions of the payment gateway specified in the order summary. No installment payment plans will be granted to the Customer. In case of lack of full payment, LAURO SAS will not proceed with the delivery of the products.

7.1 For Customers who are consumers, the products are covered by the legal warranty for lack of conformity in accordance with Articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code.

8.1 In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer, as a 'consumer', has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without having to state the reason. To properly exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must comply with the following terms and methods:

LAURO SAS does not accept returns with cash on delivery.

9.1 The purchase order cannot be modified once it has been placed. However, it can be completely canceled if the Product is still in the process of preparation for shipment and the package has not been picked up at the time of the modification or cancellation request. In this case, no costs will be charged to the Customer. The Customer can request cancellation of the order by contacting LAURO SAS through the form available at crealisseprofumi.it/contatti.

10.1 LAURO SAS is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third parties acting as independent providers in the management or execution of payment operations or any other activity related to the execution of contracts concluded through the site.

11.1 Any complaint from the Customer must be sent through the online form available at crealisseprofumi.it/contatti.

12.1 The sale of the Products and the use of this site are subject to Italian law. The application of the Vienna Convention of 1980 on the international sale of goods is expressly excluded.

13.1 Any dispute arising from or related to these General Conditions will be regulated and interpreted according to Italian law. The competent jurisdiction to resolve these disputes is TORINO.
